Phillynet offers high-speed Internet connections with always-on convenience to subscribers using the latest broadband technology.

With all Phillynet Internet connections, you do not need a telephone line or cable subscription from us, or anyone else! There are no added or hidden charges other than tax.

All Phillynet connections are always on - and Phillynet is the only network in University City with a direct connection to the University of Pennsylvania. All you need is a suitable Ethernet adapter in your computer (we can provide this if you haven’t got one). We’ll take care of the rest!
