Don't have service?

 

Customer service and technical support by phone are available between 10am and 8pm, Monday to Friday. Calls placed outside of those hours are handled by an answering service and messages are responded to during support hours. Technical support and customer service messages left on the weekend are monitored and responded to by on-call support reps.

To report a fault, call the Service number below and leave a message with your full contact information and the nature of the problem. Problems will be dealt with promptly and on an as-received basis.

During the peak move-in/move-out periods in June and September, Customer service, the office and technicians work extended hours to deal with the increased workloads. These times will be posted as they become effective.
