How much does Telephone service cost? Phillynet has two telephone plans to suit your budget: First, our Unlimited Plan, includes unlimited local and long distance calls within the USA, costs $29.95 plus PA state and city taxes a month. What features are included in the Budget plan telephone service price? The Budget plan is a low-cost, no frills service that doesn’t include any features - it’s just a bare-bones phone line. |

What features are included in the Unlimited plan telephone service price? All features are included: Caller id, voicemail, call forwarding, call waiting and three way calling. |

How much does long distance cost? All national long distance, regional toll and In-state calls are charged at 6.9 (Budget plan) cents a minute, with per second billing after the first minute. There are no monthly minimums or additional charges. Of course Domestic long distance is free with the Unlimited plan. |

How much do International calls cost? Phillynet is constantly changing and re-negiotiating the best deals for our users, so these rates vary from time to time. you can be sure of competitive pricing, but you can find the current international tariff here. |

How much do local calls cost? With the Budget phone plan, these local calls are charged at a flat rate of 5 cents per call, however long you talk. |

How do I use call forwarding? You can set a call forward for all calls (that is, all calls to your number will be forwarded to another number), or to forward all calls to Voicemail if you subscibe to the Voicemail service. These features are activated and deactivated from your phone and are provided at no cost (remember that if you forward calls to a non local number you will be paying long distance charges for the forwarded call). How do I use voicemail? You access voicemail from your own phone by dialling ‘*0#’. From any other phone, dial your own number, and when your voice message is playing, dial ‘#’,enter your password and then press ‘*’. For full use details, see the technical support pages. |

Can I use a different long distance provider? No, If you use the Phillynet phone system, you can only use Phillynet for long distance. However, you can use calling cards with toll-free or local access numbers without difficulty. |
