Phillynet’s parent company, Campus Technologies, has been appointed an Echostar PCO - this means some exciting changes to the way Phillynet supplies TV services in University City. Soon, we’ll be providing full Dish Network programming to all our properties, giving our customers access to hundreds of channels, pay-per-view, digital music through Sirius, and much, much more. you’ll still retain all you usual Phillynet services such as on-site technical support and one bill for all your services, but with one of the broadest and richest packages of video programming available in the USA.

Non internet customers can use these functions too, contact customer service for details.

The very high speed service has now been renamed Phillynet Xtreme, and Campus Technologies is taking orders for the new service from August 1st 2002.

May 2nd 2002

Campus Technologies has announced its new Xtreme Very high speed Internet service. The first of its kind anywhere, Xtreme uses a technology that can deliver up to 10 Megabits per second Internet connectivity. This service is available now to existing customers and to new customers from July 2002, and is exclusive to phillynet.net.

April 1st 2002

Campus Technologies is now in its new home at 4119 Walnut Street. There’s still some final cosmetic work to do but we’re up and running for customer service and look forward to welcoming all our subscribers to our new offices.
