Discount plans for shared houses                             

Phillynet offers special bundled plans to residents of shared houses and apartments. Very large houses (such as fraternity and sorority houses) can get additional discounts with custom plans, please contact us for a special quotation.

If you have four or more bedrooms, the best deal is the Whole House Advantage Plan. For less than four bedrooms, we offer multiple user plans for TV and for Internet access that provide significant savings.

- Dish Network receiver in each bedroom

- Dish Network receiver in the common room

- Dish Network America’s everything Pak in the Common Room (includes America’s Top 180, All four premium Movie packages, Sirius Digital Radio etc)

- High Speed (1 Mbit) always on Internet access in all bedrooms

- Free installation of all services

For example a six bedroom house would get seven Dish Network receivers (all bedrooms plus common room), and six High Speed Internet connections, all with free installation.

Please note: Whole House Advantage Digital requires a minimum of four bedrooms. One person must be responsible for billing and payment, and payment must be made by a single check or other form of payment. With this plan, Common room programming with the America’s Everything Pak is included in the plan, programming for other receivers must be purchased separately. We’ll be pleased to work out the most cost effective option for you - call us at Customer Service. If you want full programming in all bedrooms, check out Whole House Advantage Platinum, below.

As for Whole House Advantage Digital, but with Americas Everything Pak in all bedrooms and in the common room (Includes America’s Top 180, all four Movie Packages, Sirius Digital Radio, etc), and Phillynet Xtreme (10 Megabit) Internet access in all bedrooms.
